Con la información obtenida, el Juzgado en lo Criminal y Correccional Nº35 ordenó el allanamiento de tres viviendas: dos ubicadas en la calle José Bonifacio al 2200, del barrio de Flores, y otra en la calle Albariño al 2500, en Mataderos.
Oficiales de la División Sumarios y Brigadas de Prevención de la Comisaría Comunal 6, en colaboración con personal de la División Operaciones Especiales Metropolitanas (DOEM) llevaron a cabo los procedimientos, donde se logró la detención de los dos acusados, de 43 y 31 años.
Además se secuestraron los autos involucrados en el hecho, prendas de vestir utilizadas por los delincuentes durante el robo, joyas y objetos de valor que en principio pertenecerían a las víctimas, varios juegos de llaves, teléfonos celulares, una máquina para contar billetes y la suma de 57.600 pesos en efectivo.
El Juzgado interventor dispuso el traslado de los detenidos y de los elementos secuestrados hasta la Comisaría Comunal 6, de la Policía de la Ciudad.
