Un hombre con antecedentes penales fue detenido en las últimas horas en el barrio de Mataderos por la Policía de la Ciudad luego de haber sido denunciado por su ex pareja por lesiones y amenazas constantes.
Personal de la División Delitos Contra la Integridad Sexual, perteneciente al Departamento Investigaciones en Violencia Familiar y de Género de la Policía de la Ciudad, llevó a cabo una investigación a fin de dar con el paradero de un hombre que había sido denunciado por su ex pareja el pasado 22 de enero ante la Oficina de Violencia Doméstica de la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación, ya que el mismo la había amenazado de muerte y agredido físicamente.
Las tareas investigativas indicaron que el hombre había estado en prisión por los delitos de “homicidio simple, lesiones graves y robo a mano armada” y liberado en 2021.
Además, se trataba de una persona violenta y peligrosa, que se caracterizaba por estar armado.
Con esta información, la Policía de la Ciudad dio aviso al Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 9, a cargo del doctor Peluso y ante la Secretaría Número 108 del doctor Villanueva, haciendo hincapié en que la vida de la denunciante corría peligro.
Por tal motivo, la Justicia libró el pedido de captura para el acusado de violencia de género.
De inmediato, los oficiales hicieron un relevamiento en redes sociales y en otras páginas de Internet, como así también rastrearon el teléfono celular y lograron establecer que el hombre frecuentaba el barrio de Mataderos.
Así las cosas, se lo logró localizar en la avenida Juan Bautista Alberdi al 5900, donde luego de cerciorarse que se trataba del delincuente, la Policía de la Ciudad procedió a detenerlo tras leerle sus derechos en presencia de testigos.
La Secretaría Número 108 atendida en la voz de la doctora Ligotti, ordenó el traslado del imputado en calidad de comunicado a la dependencia policial, donde quedó alojado a disposición de la Justicia.
