Un ladrón fue detenido en las últimas horas por robar un celular a un menor en el Parque Rivadavia, y al revisarlo se hallaron dos teléfonos, uno de los cuales le había sustraído a una mujer en el mismo paseo del barrio de Caballito.
El hecho sucedió en horas de la tarde cuando personal de la Comisaría Vecinal 6 B de la Policía de la Ciudad, que recorre preventivamente el área del Parque Rivadavia, escuchó el pedido de ayuda de un joven de 16 años, quien minutos antes había sido víctima de dos delincuentes que lo abordaron y, tras intimidarlo, le robaron su teléfono.
Gracias a la descripción aportada por el damnificado, los efectivos lograron identificar y detener a uno de los ladrones cuando intentaba darse a la fuga del parque.
Con la presencia de dos testigos se procedió a la requisa del individuo, de 24 años, quien portaba dentro de su mochila dos celulares sin poder demostrar su origen ni procedencia pero sin poder hallar el personal policial, el dispositivo robado al menor de edad.
Realizadas las consultas con el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 23, a cargo de la doctora Ángeles Gómez Maiorano, se dispuso la detención del joven y su traslado a la Alcaidía de la Comisaría Vecinal 6 B.
Mientras se labraban las actas de rigor, se hizo presente en las dependencias policiales la titular de uno de los teléfonos hallados en la requisa y que también había sido víctima del delincuente en el interior del parque, con lo cual la damnificada recuperó su celular.
