La Policía de la Ciudad desbarató una organización delictiva reincidente que se dedicaba al robo de camionetas Toyota Hilux para su reventa en el interior del país, detuvo a tres de sus miembros e incautó varios vehículos luego de once allanamientos.
La banda sustraía los vehículos en la calle tras un seguimiento utilizando inhibidores de rastreo satelital, luego los enfriaba por algunos días en distintos lugares y finalmente los trasladaba hacia la Provincia para venderlos como si fueran lícitos.
La División Sustracción de Automotores de la Policía de la Ciudad fue encomendada por el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional 8, a cargo de la Dra. Yamile Susana Bernan, para llevar adelante los diez allanamientos, nueve en el norte del conurbano bonaerense y uno en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, en los que fueron detenidos tres hombres, dos de ellos familiares, y se incautaron camionetas, autos, elementos tecnológicos, como bloqueadores de rastreo satelital, y mecánicos para robar los vehículos.
La investigación comenzó meses atrás, cuando en un análisis del Mapa del Delito respecto de robos de vehículos en la Ciudad, se advirtió la sustracción de camionetas Toyota, modelo Hilux y su versión SW4, las cuales eran levantadas de la vía pública cuando estaban estacionadas, generalmente en horarios nocturnos.
En este sentido, la División Sustracción de Automotores y la sección Análisis de Registro, con la intervención de la Fiscalía de Saavedra y Núñez, a cargo del Dr. José María Campagnoli, secretaría del Dr. Vidal, iniciaron las averiguaciones con la revisión de 600 cámaras del Centro de Monitoreo Urbano (CMU) y de los datos de los lectores de patentes.
Los investigadores comprobaron que se trataba de una banda que hacía inteligencia, seguía a las Toyota con distintos autos, por lo general en horas de la noche, a la espera de que el conductor estacione y cuando dejaba el vehículo, los delincuentes se hacían de la camioneta.
Los policías a cargo de la pesquisa detectaron casi una decena de hechos con estas características, en distintos barrios del norte porteño, entre ellos Palermo y Villa Urquiza, también Colegiales y Saavedra.
Las camionetas, una vez robadas, eran trasladadas a otro lugar donde quedaban por algunos días por si eran rastreadas y luego las llevaban al norte del Gran Buenos Aires.
A los aportes tecnológicos, los oficiales le agregaron las tareas de campo que derivaron en tomar conocimiento de los lugares donde se llevaban las camionetas para cambiarles documentación y realizar arreglos que podrían haberse originado durante el robo, para luego venderlas como si fueran lícitas.
Con la información recolectada, los investigadores confirmaron que se trataba de la banda que había sido desarticulada en 2014 por la DDI de Mercedes de la Policía de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, que entonces cometía los robos en ciudades norte y noroeste del interior bonaerense, siempre con las Hilux como objetivo.
Con los elementos acumulados, la fiscalía solicitó los diez allanamientos, nueve en el conurbano, entre ellos en Los Polvorines y Pilar, y uno en el barrio de Palermo, los cuales fueron ordenados por el Juzgado interventor.
En Los Polvorines, partido de Malvinas Argentinas, fue hallada una de las camionetas robadas el 25 de noviembre último en jurisdicción de la Comuna 2. A la camioneta ya le habían cambiado la patente y adulterado la documentación para poder ser vendida en el interior del país.
En los procedimientos, fueron detenidos tres hombres mayores de edad, dos de ellos familiares, quienes quedaron incomunicados. En tanto, otros dos se encuentran prófugos, uno de ellos considerado el cerebro de la banda, con gran conocimiento tecnológico, que había caído preso siete años atrás y también familiar de dos de los aprehendidos.
Los oficiales decomisaron, además, dos chapas patente originales, correspondientes a una camioneta Toyota Hilux radicada en la provincia de Formosa; dos llaves de vehículos de la misma marca; varias computadoras ECU de estas camionetas; dos neumáticos completos; un inhibidor de frecuencia de señal; diversos teléfonos celulares y una notebook.
También incautaron un Peugeot 207, una camioneta Ford Ranger y un Toyota Corolla blanco que utilizaban los delincuentes al momento de cometer los robos, además de dos amoladoras y una tijera de corte de cadenas.
A raíz de la magnitud de la operatoria de la banda, los oficiales de Sustracción de Automotores lograron dar con otro auto utilizado para los robos, tras lo cual Juzgado interventor ordenó el undécimo allanamiento, esta vez a un estacionamiento sobre la calle Savio al 3200, también en Los Polvorines.
Allí los efectivos decomisaron un Volkswagen Golf usado por los delincuentes y documentación de los registros internos del negocio, de valor para la causa.
