La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a un delincuente y su cómplice, menor de edad, por el robo de picaportes de bronce de puertas de varias viviendas del barrio de Villa Pueyrredón.

El hecho ocurrió días atrás cuando un efectivo de la Comisaría Vecinal 12 B de la Policía de la Ciudad que se encontraba de consigna en una vivienda de la calle Obispo San Alberto al 2700, observó el momento en el que dos personas con una barreta forzaban un picaporte de bronce con fines de robo.

De manera inmediata, el oficial dio la voz de alto, sorprendiendo y logrando la detención de los dos sospechosos. Una vez identificados ambos delincuentes, se pudo constatar que se trataba de un hombre de 25 años y un adolescente de 17.

Con la presencia de dos testigos, se procedió a la requisa de sus pertenencias y se encontró en una mochila cinco picaportes de bronce, que posiblemente habían sido sustraídos bajo la misma modalidad delictiva en otras viviendas de la zona.

Realizadas las consultas con el Juzgado de Menores Número 5, a cargo del doctor Gonzalo Oliver de Tezanos, se dispuso el traslado del menor de edad a dependencias del Centro de Admisión y Derivación (CAD) de la Ciudad, en tanto que el ladrón, mayor de edad, fue alojado en la Alcaidía de la zona de la Policía de la Ciudad, en una causa caratulada como “Tentativa de robo”.
