A partir de un requerimiento recibido en el marco del Convenio Policial Argentino, personal de la Policía de la Ciudad se presentó en la Terminal de Ómnibus de Retiro a fin de concretar la detención del prófugo, de 28 años, con pedido de captura por el delito de “portación ilegal de arma de fuego de uso civil”.
Este Convenio, del cual participan fuerzas de seguridad de todo el país, consta de una base de datos, que mediante el entrecruzamiento de información emite alertas cuando, por ejemplo en este caso, un prófugo de la justicia adquiere un pasaje de transporte con su DNI.
Por este motivo, una brigada de la división Capturas y Búsqueda de Prófugos, dependiente del departamento Delitos Contra la Propiedad de la Policía de la Ciudad, implementó un operativo en la plataforma correspondiente de la Terminal, y siendo las 18 horas arribó el ómnibus que llegaba desde Corrientes.
Allí los efectivos interceptaron al prófugo cuando bajaba del micro y, una vez chequeada su identidad, se informó al juzgado requirente, que confirmó la vigencia de la medida y dispuso su detención.
