Más de 231 locales de comidas, entre resto y bares, instruyeron en los últimos 2 días la gestión para habilitar mesas y sillas en veredas, patios y terrazas, en el marco del plan gradual de aperturas presentado hace 45 días por el Gobierno de la Ciudad, son datos de la Secretaría de Atención Ciudadana y Gestión Comunal porteña.
Las gestiones iniciadas incumben a comercios situados en los barrios de Recoleta, Retiro, Palermo, Belgrano, Núñez, Saavedra, Puerto Madero, Retiro, San Telmo, La Boca, Pompeya, Almagro y Caballito, Balvanera, San Nicolás, San Cristóbal, Monserrat, Liniers, Villa Ortuzar, Flores y Floresta, Chacarita, Villa Pueyrredón, Colegiales, Coghlan, Villa Urquiza, Villa Crespo, Villa Devoto, Monte Castro, Villa Real, Villa General Mitre, Barracas, Parque Patricios y Constitución.
Los locales se añaden a los 1.800 que estaban acreditados a desempeñarse bajo este modo anteriormente a la pandemia y que recientemente demandaron la ratificación de las autorizaciones.
Estos son los puntos céntricos del protocolo sanitario para el cuidado de clientes, empleados y propietarios:
- No alcanzará haber servicio en los salones internos.
- Se inhabilitara el acceso a áreas de juegos.
- La distancia entre una persona y otra será de al menos 1,5 metros. Se llevara al mínimo viable la convivencia sincrónica en un mismo espacio real.
- El uso de tapabocas permanente tanto para los trabajadores como para los vecinos ajenos a la empresa.
- Si los locales no detallan un acceso directo desde el exterior al patio o terraza, se deberá delimitar un pasillo (libre de objetos) que vislumbre ambos sentidos de tráfico. Hay que evitar la subsistencia de personas en la vía de paso.
- Las mesas deben tener un radio propio libre de 1,7 metros cuadrado una de otras. El círculo que demarque cada mesa debe separarse por 1,5 metros respecto de otra, medido desde sus límites.
- Los tableros serán como máximo para 4 personas.
- Tendrán que colocar un punto de limpieza con alcohol en gel o sanitizante en cada espacio.
- Los tableros se desinfectaran prontamente que se retire cada comensal y anterior a que se siente uno nuevo.
- Si tiene mesas en las veredas, hay que contratar un seguro de responsabilidad civil para estos usos o aumentar el que tengan en el negocio.
- La recomendación es el uso de medios de pago electrónicos. Si el pago se realiza a través de tarjetas de crédito o débito, se debe desinfectar tanto las tarjetas como el posnet usando solución de agua y alcohol.
- Se invita a usar mamparas o pantallas en las cajas que aseveren el amparo de proveedor/comprador.
- Los empleados habrán de contar con regeneración de Elementos de Protección Personal (EPP) y kit de desinfección húmeda (consistente en la limpieza con agua y detergente y luego desinfección con una solución de lavandina de uso comercial con agua – 10 ml de lavandina en 1 litro de agua).
- Las medidas de limpieza, asepsia general y prevención en infraestructuras, cocinas, salones y sanitarios, y tratamiento de residuos y recepción de mercaderías, según el protocolo vigente.
