Durante los fines de semana de febrero y marzo, la Ciudad de Buenos Aires celebrará el Carnaval Porteño 2025, lo que ocasionará desvíos de tránsito en varios barrios. Aquí te detallamos los cortes de tráfico programados para este evento en Mataderos, Villa Lugano, Nueva Pompeya y Parque Saavedra.
1. Mataderos
Cortes de tránsito:
- Desde el sábado a las 16 h hasta el domingo a las 4 h, y desde el domingo a las 16 h hasta el lunes a las 2 h:
- Corte total de Av. Alberdi entre Av. Escalada y Araujo.
- Corte total de las calles Basualdo y Guardia Nacional entre Bragado y Manuel Artigas.
2. Nueva Pompeya
Cortes de tránsito:
- Desde el sábado a las 16 h hasta el domingo a las 4 h, y desde el domingo a las 16 h hasta el lunes a las 2 h:
- Corte total de Av. La Plata, entre Av. Cobo y Av. Chiclana.
- Corte total de calle Drumond, entre Cnel. Martiniano Chilavert y Av. La Plata.
- Corte total de calle Cnel. Martiniano Chilavert, entre Drumond y Juan de Alagón.
3. Villa Lugano
Cortes de tránsito:
- Desde el sábado a las 16 h hasta el domingo a las 4 h, y desde el domingo a las 16 h hasta el lunes a las 2 h:
- Cierre total de Av. Eva Perón entre Corvalán y Guardia Nacional.
- Cierre total de Pje. Cuyo, Basualdo y Caroya entre Chamical y Hubac.
- Cierre total de Araujo entre Primera Junta y Hubac.
4. Parque Saavedra
Cortes de tránsito:
- Desde el sábado a las 16 h hasta el domingo a las 4 h, y desde el domingo a las 16 h hasta el lunes a las 2 h:
- Corte total del sentido este de Av. García del Río, entre Conde y Zapiola.
- Corte total de Cap. Gral. Ramón Freire, entre Manzanares y Av. García del Río.
- Corte total de Pinto, entre Manzanares y Av. García del Río.
Se recomienda a los conductores tener en cuenta estos cortes y tomar las medidas necesarias para evitar contratiempos.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
