La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a un dealer en Palermo, tras observarlo infraganti manipulando flores de marihuana y armando un cigarrillo de la misma sustancia.
Personal de la Dirección Lucha Contra el Tráfico y Venta Ilegal de Drogas, de la Superintendencia de Investigaciones de la Policía de la Ciudad, observó en el cruce de El Salvador y Gascón a un sujeto manipulando flores de marihuana y posteriormente inició el armado de un cigarrillo de la misma sustancia.
Los efectivos policiales le dieron la voz de alto e identificaron al individuo de 23 años de edad. Posteriormente ante testigos, hallaron entre sus pertenencias un bolso tipo marinero con 138 gramos de flores de marihuana listas para su comercialización.La causa quedó en manos de la Fiscalía Penal, Contravenciónal y de Faltas N° 4, a cargo del Dr. Teresko, quien dispuso la detención del dealer por “infracción a la ley 23.737” o mas conocida como “ley de drogas”.
