Luego de tres meses de investigación, brigadas de la fuerza policial porteña rastrearon al abusador desde Bolivia, su país natal, hasta el barrio 1-11-14 en el Bajo Flores, y lograron capturarlo en Villa Lugano. Se encuentra sentenciado a 15 años de prisión por el abuso sexual gravemente ultrajante y con acceso carnal de tres menores de edad.
La Policía de la Ciudad atrapó en Villa Lugano a un violador de nacionalidad boliviana, sobre quien pesaba un pedido de captura de INTERPOL, luego de rastrearlo hasta su país y realizar tareas encubiertas en el barrio 1-11-14, en donde según la justicia había violado a tres menores de 4, 6 y 9 años.
Tres meses atrás el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional N° 4, a cargo del Dr. Martin Yadarola, encomendó a la Policía de la Ciudad realizar todas las tareas investigativas tendientes a dar con el paradero de un hombre de 49 años, de nacionalidad boliviana, sentenciado a 15 años de prisión por los delitos de corrupción de menores, abuso sexual gravemente ultrajante y con acceso carnal, en el que resultaron víctimas tres niños y niñas de 4, 6 y 9 años de edad.
Según el expediente judicial, el imputado, regularmente y aprovechándose de la confianza que le tenían, quedaba a cargo del cuidado de los hijos de sus vecinos del barrio 1-11-14, y de esta manera cometía actos aberrantes y abusaba sexualmente de los menores.
Es así que los investigadores procedieron a realizar tareas de campo dentro del barrio, en el entorno de los conocidos y familiares del prófugo de la justicia, y gracias a minucioso rastrillaje en redes sociales se pudo averiguar que el sujeto se había fugado a su país natal, escapando de la justicia.
La información reunida fue puesta en conocimiento del juez actuante, quien libró un pedido de Captura Internacional sobre el fugitivo e INTERPOL emitió una “Notificiación Roja”, una alerta para que las fuerzas de seguridad de todo el mundo localicen y detengan provisionalmente a una persona en espera de extradición.
Mientras tanto, los efectivos de la División Delitos Contra la Salud y la Seguridad Personal continuaron monitoreando las redes sociales y perfiles públicos del buscado, y a partir de una foto se descubrió que aparentemente había regresado al país. Luego,
Con esta información, se efectuaron tareas encubiertas en el barrio 1-11-14 confirmando que el violador había retornado irregularmente al país y que, si bien no se encontraba habitando allí, concurría en forma esporádica. Luego se comprobó que estaba viviendo en un taller, en el barrio porteño de Lugano.
Finalmente las brigadas de la Superintendencia de Investigaciones de la Policía de la Ciudad montaron un operativo para interceptar al fugitivo en inmediaciones del taller, logrando su detención en avenida Argentina y Zelarrayán.
