Efectivos de la División Subtes de la Policía de la Ciudad fueron alertados por personal del Centro de Monitoreo Urbano, sobre tres personas que habían sido registradas por las cámaras de seguridad cometiendo robos en los andenes de la estación Agüero de la línea D.

Los oficiales acudieron al lugar y demoraron a los sospechosos, dos mujeres peruanas y un hombre chileno, y al requisar sus pertenencias frente a testigos fueron encontrados tres celulares que no les pertenecían, y billeteras con un total de 8.230 pesos.

Luego el personal del CMU confirmó que el pasado 27 de febrero las mismas tres personas habían sido registradas por las cámaras de seguridad delinquiendo bajo idéntica modalidad en la estación Pueyrredón, también de la línea D.

Los detenidos fueron trasladados a la Comisaría Vecinal 2B, y puestos a disposición del juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional N° 50, a cargo del Dr. Carlos Bruniard.
