La Ciudad lanzó “Mayores Cuidados”, un programa orientado a brindar asistencia telefónica, hacer compras en farmacias y comercios de proximidad y el paseo de sus mascotas, entre otras necesidades, durante el aislamiento preventivo y obligatorio de los adultos mayores.
Desde este viernes 27, ya pueden inscribirse aquellos adultos mayores que requieran algún tipo de asistencia a través de la línea telefónica de la Ciudad 147. Un operador les solicitará sus datos personales como nombre y apellido, DNI, dirección, teléfono, y les preguntarán qué tipo de ayuda necesitan.
Además, se les consultará si tienen la posibilidad de contactarse con algún familiar, vecino cercano o encargado de edificio que los pueda ayudar de forma más segura, al ser una persona conocida. En caso de no ser así, el operador lo registrará para conocer cuál es su situación y qué tipo de asistencia necesita: contención telefónica, logística para compras de comida, medicamentos, paseo de mascotas u otra.
En ese mismo momento, un operador le solicitará que genere una contraseña personal. Luego, se contactará con el voluntario y le asignará la persona a la que deberá ayudar utilizando los criterios de tipo de ayuda solicitada/ofrecida y de geolocalización. Además, le compartirá dicha contraseña que tendrá que decirla cuando queden conectados entre ellos.
A partir de ese momento, el adulto mayor y el voluntario ya quedarán en vinculación directa. La idea es que construyan un vínculo de confianza. Se les pedirá a los adultos mayores que exijan siempre la contraseña a los voluntarios.
En los casos de contención telefónica, si el voluntario no dice la contraseña el adulto deberá cortar la comunicación. En los casos de contención para asistirlos personalmente, junto con la contraseña el voluntario deberá presentar su DNI y el adulto mayor podrá chequear que los datos coincidan con los informados por el operador.
El Gobierno porteño realizará auditorías tanto de los voluntarios como de los adultos, para certificar la experiencia de los usuarios en ambos casos vía llamados telefónicos aleatorios y contacto directo por whatsapp.
“La solidaridad y las ganas de colaborar de los vecinos no es cosa nueva pero sí nos sigue emocionando. En solo una semana que llevamos de convocatoria ya se anotaron 25.000 voluntarios para ayudar a los más de 1000 adultos mayores inscriptos por el momento. El programa Adultos Mayores apunta a cuidar la salud de los más grandes, que son los que más riesgo tienen ante el coronavirus, acompañándolos y evitando que salgan de sus casas. Seguimos tomando las medidas necesarias, apelando a la responsabilidad individual y estando cerca de cada uno de los vecinos para salir adelante juntos”, sostuvo Felipe Miguel, Jefe de Gabinete de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
Los interesados en ser parte de “Mayores Cuidados” empezaron a sumarse desde el domingo 22 de marzo, ingresando a la página del GCBA, a través del WhatsApp de la Ciudad (11-5050-0147) o con el hashtag #MayoresCuidados, en las cuentas de Facebook, Instagram y Twitter del GCBA, de Horacio Rodríguez Larreta y de Felipe Miguel.
A todas aquellas personas que se inscriban como voluntarias, se les realizará un proceso de validación de identidad del DNI a través del ReNaPer y luego de validación de antecedentes penales con el Ministerio de Seguridad. Tanto los voluntarios como los operadores telefónicos, recibirán un kit de capacitación sobre sus tareas y funciones, además de contar con la posibilidad de descargar el manual y el protocolo de asistencia remota y en territorio de la página de la Ciudad https://www.buenosaires.gob.ar/coronavirus/mayores-cuidados.
