La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en las últimas horas a un dealer de nacionalidad peruana que comercializaba cocaína a bordo de un auto, en el barrio porteño de Villa General Mitre.

El hecho ocurrió cuando efectivos de la División Sumarios y Brigadas de Prevención de la Comisaría Comunal 11 observaron en el cruce de la avenida Juan B. Justo y Caracas a un auto, Chevrolet Spin, en el cual se subió un transeúnte en el lado del acompañante y descendió unos segundos después, haciendo una ademán como si estuviera guardando algo en su bolsillo.

Atentos a esa situación y ante la posibilidad de estar ante un ilícito, los agentes detuvieron la marcha del rodado, en el cual viajaban tres personas, una pareja de nacionalidad peruana de 23 y 24 años y una argentina de 17.

En este sentido, los efectivos llevaron adelante, con la presencia de testigos, la inspección del rodado y de sus ocupantes y hallaron en el interior de la guantera 40 envoltorios con dosis de cocaína y una balanza digital.

Asimismo, entre las prendas del conductor encontraron 6.310 pesos, los cuales fueron secuestrados, junto con tres teléfonos celulares.

En la causa interviene la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas N° 26, quien ordenó la detención del conductor por infracción a la Ley de Drogas (23.737).
