Para sustentar la imputación personal de brigada de la División Precursores Químicos de la Policía de la Ciudad inició una intensa investigación.
Con el material obtenido se dio intervención a la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Nº 29, a cargo de la Dr. Aníbal Brunet, quien a su vez solicitó el allanamiento de la finca al Juzgado Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Nº 3, a cargo de la Dra. Carla Cavalliere, que libró la orden correspondiente para el procedimiento.
Durante el operativo, realizado en forma conjunta entre la División Precursores Químicos y las unidades de Contención e Irrupción de la División Operaciones Especiales Metropolitanas (DOEM) de la Policía de la Ciudad, se secuestraron 681 gramos de estupefacientes que se encontraban distribuidos en 184 dosis de cocaína, 106 de pasta base y 109 de marihuana, todas fraccionadas y preparadas para su comercialización.
También los policías hallaron elementos de corte y estiramiento de las sustancias, celulares y balanzas de precisión utilizadas para la comercialización de la droga.
La pareja de detenidos, ambos domiciliados en el lugar, fueron trasladados a dependencias de la Policía de la Ciudad imputados por Infracción a la Ley 23.737 (Ley de Drogas).
