Personal de la Comisaría Vecinal 7 C de la Policía de la Ciudad se encontraba realizando tareas de despliegue territorial en la zona de las avenidas Nazca y Avellaneda cuando fue alertado por una discusión en la vía pública.
Al llegar, los oficiales se encontraron con otro policía que estaba cerca del lugar y que al escuchar la discusión intentó separar a las partes.
Uno de los involucrados comentó que días atrás había pautado una entrega de prendas de vestir con el otro hombre y que cuando llegó a su domicilio y revisó la bolsa negra que había recibido, se encontró con retazos de telas.
De inmediato, intentó comunicarse con el vendedor, ya que la compra había sido por la suma de 16 mil pesos, pero éste lo había bloqueado y no lo podía contactar.
Mediante el uso de otro teléfono, y otro nombre, realizó una nueva compra y pautó la entrega para dar con el paradero del estafador.
Cuando el imputado llegó, comenzó la violenta discusión y hasta pudo corroborar que dentro de la bolsa que llevaba como nueva compra, nuevamente había pedazos de telas.
El Juzgado Criminal y Correccional Número 5, a cargo del doctor Campos y ante la Secretaría 116 de la doctora García, ordenó la detención y el traslado del delincuente a la comisaría correspondiente, donde se labraron actuaciones por estafa y otras defraudaciones
