En cuanto a la mujer de 25 años, fue encontrada en buen estado en el barrio de Palermo por efectivos de la Comisaría Vecinal 1 C, tras requerimiento de la Fiscalía Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 49, a cargo del doctor Claudio Josfal y ante la Secretaría Única del doctor Alejandro Pizzicaro.
