Tras una investigación, personal de la División Capturas y Búsqueda de Prófugos de la Policía de la Ciudad logró dar días atrás con el autor que faltaba detener de un robo a un hombre cometido junto a dos cómplices el 21 de noviembre último, en jurisdicción de la Comisaría Vecinal 3A.
El asalto fue detectado por un operador del Centro de Monitoreo Urbano (CMU) cuando los tres ladrones asaltaron al hombre, a quien mediante golpes de puño le sustrajeron sus pertenencias, por lo cual rápidamente se envió un móvil policial, que logró detener a dos de los delincuentes pero uno logró escapar.
El Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional 19, a cargo del doctor Diego Slupski, Secretaría 159 de la doctora Delfina Wullich, solicitó la colaboración de la División Capturas y Búsqueda de Prófugos, que inició una investigación que desembocó en el descubrimiento de una banda dedicada al robo tipo piraña en la zona de Once.
Luego de realizar recorridas por ese sector del barrio, los policías dieron con el prófugo en Ayacucho casi avenida Rivadavia, llevando las mismas prendas de vestir que usó al momento del asalto.
Se trata de un argentino, de 27 años, cuya detención avaló el juzgado a cargo en el marco de la causa por Robo en poblado y en banda, al tiempo que dispuso su alojamiento provisorio en la Comisaría Vecinal 3 B.
