Personal de la División Sumarios y Brigadas de Prevención de la Comisaría Comunal 1 de la Policía de la Ciudad que se encontraba abocado a tareas investigativas dispuestas por esa unidad del Ministerio Público Fiscal, a cargo del Dr. Federico Tropea, detectó en un sector del barrio a una mujer que realizaba una maniobra de pasamanos con un hombre, propio del narcomenudeo.
Al percatarse de la presencia de los oficiales, los sospechosos intentaron escapar en distintas direcciones, pero por el rápido accionar policial fueron ambos detenidos.
Se trató de una mujer, de 42 años, y un hombre, de 26, a quienes al ser requisados se les incautó un ladrillo de 1,040 kilogramos de cocaína, una balanza de precisión y dos teléfonos celulares.
Ese día, 18 de diciembre, el Dr. Tropea dispuso la detención y el traslado de los imputados por infracción a la ley de Drogas, como así también el secuestro de los estupefacientes y demás elementos que los imputados tenían en su poder.
En menos de una semana, el fiscal llevó a audiencia a los dos encausados, en la que se dispuso la prisión preventiva de ambos, que se extenderá mientras dure el proceso judicial, que tramita el Juzgado Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas 27, a cargo de la Dra. Lorena Tula Del Moral.
