Efectivos de la Comisaría Vecinal 3 A de la Policía de la Ciudad, que se encontraba realizando tareas de despliegue territorial en el cruce de la avenida Pueyrredón y la calle Bartolomé Mitre, llevaron a cabo dos detenciones con pocos minutos de diferencia.
La primera de ellas sucedió cuando los oficiales observaron a un hombre que merodeaba la zona de las paradas de colectivos poniendo especial atención en las mujeres. Por tal motivo, decidieron acercarse al sospechoso que al notar la presencia de los policías intentó darse a la fuga infructuosamente.
Tras ser demorado, se consultó si tenía antecedentes y el sistema reveló que sobre el hombre caía un pedido de captura vigente con fecha de julio del 2020 por delito doloso.
El Juzgado Contravencional Número 2, a cargo del doctor Begelin y ante la Secretaría Única del doctor Márquez, ordenó la detención del imputado que fue trasladado a la comisaría correspondiente donde quedó alojado a disposición de la justicia.
Por otra parte, minutos después, los efectivos porteños de la Comisaría Vecinal 3 A de la Policía de la Ciudad que continuaban recorriendo la zona, fueron alertados por un transeúnte sobre un hombre que había intentado robarle sus pertenencias a otro que ya no se encontraba en el lugar.
Las autoridades procedieron a demorar al sospechoso al que el testigo lo señaló como el autor de un intento de arrebato.
El Juzgado Nacional Criminal y Correccional Número 11, a cargo del doctor Togni y ante la Secretaría Única del doctor Benito, dispuso la detención del delincuente de 39 años y solicitó la presencia del testigo para que prestara declaración.
Se labraron actuaciones por “Tentativa de robo” en la sede de la Comisaría Vecinal 3 B de la Policía de la Ciudad.
