En uno de los operativos fueron incautados más de 100 kilogramos de drogas y compuestos químicos de uso dermatológico, muchos de los cuales se preparaban en un laboratorio no habilitado.
Los procedimientos fueron llevados a cabo días atrás por la División Delitos contra la Salud de la Policía de la Ciudad con la intervención del Juzgado Penal Contravencional y de Faltas Número 30, a cargo del doctor Juan José Cavallari, y la Fiscalía 12, a cargo del doctor Sebastián Fedullo.
En el marco de las tareas preventivas de esta división, que incluyen la revisión de la oferta médica en las redes sociales, oficiales dieron con un usuario de Facebook que promocionaba tratamientos estéticos invasivos, además de la comercialización de productos dermatológicos sin autorización de la ANMAT ni del Ministerio de Salud.
La involucrada, una mujer de unos 45 años, con un consultorio esteticista en Chacarita, operaba en connivencia con una farmacia de Once, que tampoco tenía habilitación de laboratorio para la elaboración de esos productos y que fue clausurada por disposición judicial.
Durante el allanamiento a la farmacia de Balvanera los oficiales secuestraron más de 100 kilos de 217 drogas y compuestos químicos como insumos y preparados dermo-estéticos y 2.000 frascos de drogas y compuestos líquidos sin rotular.
Los oficiales secuestraron también facturas y distintos tipos de documentación.
En Chacarita, los policías hicieron procedimientos en dos domicilios, uno de los cuales dio resultado positivo, ya que se comprobó que se utilizaba como consultorio y se incautó gran cantidad de aparatología de uso exclusivo médico, cremas y ácidos, ficheros de pacientes, packaging de diferentes estéticas y frascos sin rotular.
