Hoy se cumple un año del Aspo en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, fue decretado para poder preparar el sistema de salud para poder afrontar la pandemia de Covid-19 en la Ciudad mas rica del Pais.

Con las mayores Ciudades del mundo con sistemas sanitarios totalmente colapsados, el desafío era enorme, la batalla era diaria y solo habia una meta, ganar tiempo para que fallecieran la menor cantidad de porteños.

El 20 de marzo de 2020 el Presidente blindó el Pais dejando atrás la crisis económica mas grande de la historia, junto al Jefe de Gobierno y al Gobernador de la Provincia de Buenos aires, intentaban mostrar unidad para que el pueblo no entrara en pánico.

Ese día nuestra vida cambiaría para siempre, la incertidumbre y la angustia que provocaba no saber cuando se volvería a la normalidad, los chicos no concurrían a clases, pero si tenían continuidad pedagógica, los docentes porteños con los pocos recursos que tenían hicieron que cada niño tuviera tareas y su explicación en casa, el problema eran las computadoras, el Gobierno porteño no había entregado el total y hubo muchos alumnos sin poder estudiar. El gobierno Nacional ofreció darles las computadoras a esos niños que no tenían, pero para ese entonces la primera ola había pasado y esos niños que quedaron marginados pudieron volver a clases, con protocolos, en el mes de Noviembre, eso también nos dejó la Pandemia, niños no solo sin aprender, sin recibir la contención de docentes y la comida de la escuela, que brindaban bolsones de alimentos pero no era lo mismo.

Los adultos nos preocupábamos por los familiares y amigos con negocios porque no los podían abrir y los que cobrábamos un sueldo, intentábamos ayudar a los que no tenían como mantenerse, mientras tanto las cifras de contagios diarios seguían subiendo, la primer ola de Covid-19 se estaba cobrando vidas de conocidos, amigos y familiares, mayores y enfermos crónicos sin salir de sus casas, ya que el riesgo para esos vecinos era extremo.

Al Gobierno de la Ciudad se le ocurrió la idea de proponer un voluntariado para ayudar a la gente de riesgo, los abuelos llamaban al 147 y muchísimos voluntarios iban a hacerles las compras o podían asistirlos, eso si, los porteños somos muy solidarios, pero con eso no alcanzaba y los funcionarios se veían desbordados, las terapias intensivas de la Ciudad estaban al 90% de su capacidad, no podíamos despedir a nuestros familiares que se morían, los cementerios estaban atestados. Era todo como en una película de terror.

Nos tocaron meses muy duros, sobre todo en invierno y primavera, nunca hubiese pensado que el home office era posible en nuestro trabajo, que nuestros hijos asistirían a clases por zoom, que al personal de salud se le dedicarían aplausos todos los días a las 21 horas y que ya hace un año que no veo a mis familiares, festejamos cumpleaños por video llamada, abuelos que no conocían a sus nietos porque nacieron en cuarentena, vecinos que terminaban la facultad virtualmente, se perdió todo contacto con el que no convivíamos.

Después llegó el verano y con el la esperanza, el 24 de diciembre de 2020 arribaron al Pais las primeras dosis de la vacuna Sputnik V y con ellas la esperanza de seguir viviendo para millones de argentinos, el 29 de diciembre se empezaron a aplicar al personal de salud de Nuestra querida Ciudad de Buenos Aires y hasta hoy se aplicaron 306.990 vacunas a personal de salud, Docentes y mayores de 80 años.

La nueva normalidad está muy lejos de lo que vivimos antes del 20 de marzo de 2020, necesitamos como vecinos que todos colaboremos en los cuidados ya que se acerca la segunda ola, pero también necesitamos que el Gobierno de la Ciudad siga vacunando para que esta nueva oleada no sea peor que la primera.
