La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a cuatro miembros de una red narco que operaba en el Barrio Los Piletones, en Villa Soldati, e incautó cocaína, pasta base y municiones.

Uno de los detenidos tenía pedido de captura por rebeldía en una causa de abuso sexual.

Luego de cinco allanamientos realizados, en horas de la mañana, en Los Piletones, efectivos del Departamento Operaciones Zona Norte de Narcocriminalidad y de la División Precursores Químicos de la Policía de la Ciudad lograron desbaratar una organización narco dedicada a la comercialización y fraccionamiento de estupefacientes.

A raíz de una investigación iniciada en el mes de febrero de 2020 por la Unidad Fiscal Especializada de Investigación en Delitos Vinculados a Estupefacientes, la Policía de la Ciudad realizó trabajos de campo de manera encubierta para identificar a los integrantes de la organización, el modus operandi y los lugares de acopio y de venta.

De esta manera, en la pesquisa se logró determinar la existencia de conductas compatibles con la comercialización de sustancias ilícitas, la cual era llevaba a cabo por los residentes de los cinco domicilios allanados.

Producto de ello, las autoridades judiciales dispusieron los procedimientos logrando, los efectivos policiales y ante la presencia de testigos, el secuestro de 1.238,6 gramos de pasta base distribuidos en bultos compactos, 12 dosis fraccionadas de la misma sustancia, dos envoltorios conteniendo cocaína de máxima pureza equivalente a 98.4 gramos, 21 cartuchos de bala de distintos calibres, una balanza, elementos de corte para el estiramiento y embalaje de la droga, 36.680 pesos en efectivo y siete celulares.

Realizada la identificación de las cuatro personas, dos hombres y dos mujeres mayores de edad, el operador de turno destacó que uno de los imputados registraba un pedido de captura desde junio de 2017 por “Rebeldía” en una causa vinculada a un caso de abuso sexual a requerimiento del Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal Nº 1, por lo cual se dispuso su traslado a dependencias de la Unidad 28 del Servicio Penitenciario Federal, en tanto que los otros tres detenidos fueron trasladados a dependencias de la Policía de la Ciudad imputados por infracción a la Ley 23.737, conocida como Ley de drogas.
