La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a un hombre que contaba con pedido de captura vigente tras ser imputado en una causa de abuso sexual contra una menor de edad, con la que convivía en Florencio Varela.
La División Capturas y Búsqueda de Prófugos de la Policía de la Ciudad llevó a cabo una minuciosa investigación para dar días atrás con el paradero del prófugo por sobre quien caía un pedido de captura ordenado en noviembre de 2019 por el Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 11, a cargo del doctor Laurentis y ante la Secretaría de la doctora López.
Así las cosas, el personal policial logró dar con la pista del posible domicilio del fugitivo y se apostó en inmediaciones del lugar con el objetivo de dar con el buscado.
Finalmente, los efectivos lograron divisarlo en la vía pública en cercanías de la vivienda donde fue inmediatamente detenido para luego ser trasladado a la Comisaría Primera de Florencio Varela, donde el Juzgado de Garantías de turno autorizó la derivación del imputado al ámbito porteño para presentarse ante el Tribunal interventor.
