Tras una persecución en el Centro, la Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en las últimas horas a un delincuente de 40 años que le habían robado un maletín con gran cantidad de dinero a un hombre a la salida de una sucursal bancaria.
Efectivos de las Comisarías Vecinales 14 C y 1 B de la Policía de la Ciudad iniciaron la persecución de dos ladrones que a bordo de una moto le quitaron un maletín a una persona para luego darse a la fuga por las calles Mitre, Libertad, Sarmiento y Rodríguez Peña.
A pocos metros del lugar, el acompañante de la moto se bajó de la misma e intentó seguir la fuga a pie, pero fue detenido a pocos metros mientras que el conductor del rodado logró darse a la fuga.
Con la presencia de dos testigos, el delincuente fue requisado y le encontraron una valija plástica con la suma de 3.000.000 de pesos.
Al revisar las cámaras del Centro de Monitoreo Urbano (CMU), se determinó que el ladrón había golpeado al damnificado con una piedra en la cabeza para luego escapar a bordo del motovehículo.
Intervinieron en el caso, el Juzgado Criminal y Correccional Número 43, a cargo del doctor González y ante la Secretaría 109 de la doctora Muriel Álvarez, y la Fiscalía Criminal y Correccional Número 20, del doctor Donoso Castec, Secretaría Única del doctor Rocchi, que dispusieron el traslado del delincuente e iniciar actuaciones por “Robo”.
