La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en las últimas horas en el barrio de Barracas a dos delincuentes con antecedentes, uno de ellos menor de edad, que intentaron robarle a una mujer en la vía pública y que tenían en su poder celulares denunciados como robados.

El hecho ocurrió cuando efectivos de la Policía de la Ciudad recorrían el cruce de la avenida Martín García y Bolivar y observaron una moto tripulada por dos personas, que giraron bruscamente en “U” para interceptar con fines de robo a una mujer que caminaba por la calle.

Atentos a esa situación, los oficiales intervinieron y los interceptaron en el cruce de Uspallata y Bolivar, teniendo entre sus pertenencias dos celulares con impedimento por robo registrados ante el Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM).

Finalmente, los involucrados de 17 y 27 años fueron detenidos por instrucción del Juzgado Nacional Criminal y Correccional Federal Número 9, a cargo del doctor Rodríguez y ante la Secretaría Número 18 del doctor Grangeat. 

Se determinó, además, que el menor de edad tiene antecedentes por robo, tentativa de robo y lesiones, mientras que el restante, de 27 años, fue condenado en 2018 a la pena de tres años de prisión con ejecución condicional por una causa de abuso sexual ocurrida en 2014.
