Gracias a las cámaras de seguridad y las lectoras de patentes en los ingresos al territorio porteño, la Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en las últimas horas a un hombre que circulaba por la avenida General Paz con una camioneta robada y estupefacientes.
Personal de la División Anillo Digital de la Policía de la Ciudad, recibió una alerta por el sistema sobre una camioneta Fiat Fiorino que circulaba por la colectora de la avenida General Paz y la calle 2 de Abril.
Inmediatamente, se inició un seguimiento en tiempo real con los operadores de monitoreo, confirmando que el vehículo se seguía desplazando por la colectora de General Paz sentido a Río de la Plata, ingresando a Capital Federal por la avenida De Los Corrales.
Se desplazó un móvil y al notar la presencia policial, el conductor detuvo el vehículo e inició una fuga a pie por la avenida De los Corrales, siendo detenido a pocos metros del lugar.
Al corroborar el chasis del rodado, se confirmó que el mismo aparecía en el sistema de antecedentes policiales como robado en el Partido de Lomas de Zamora, con fecha de agosto del 2020.
Con la presencia de dos testigos, se requisó el rodado encontrando en su interior varios papeles con anotaciones, una lata con picadura de marihuana, dos flores y dos cigarrillos del mismo estupefaciente y 24 troqueles de LSD. Además, se encontraron dos celulares, dos sellos de profesionales y un Handy.
Se realizó una consulta con el Juzgado Nacional y Correccional Federal Número 8, a cargo del doctor Martínez de Giorgi y ante la Secretaria Número 16, que dispuso el secuestro del rodado y de los elementos hallados.
Con respecto a los estupefacientes, la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Falta Número 29, del doctor Brunet, ordenó la detención del hombre, argentino de 36 años, y su traslado a la Alcaidía de la Comisaría Vecinal 9 A de la Policía de la Ciudad y el secuestro de las drogas.
