Cinco detenidos en Villa Urquiza por robar materiales y herramientas en obra de construcción
La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en las últimas horas a cinco delincuentes, un argentino y cuatro paraguayos, por ingresar a una obra en construcción del barrio de Villa Urquiza para robar materiales y herramientas de operarios.
Personal de la División Operaciones de la Comisaría Vecinal 12 C de la Policía de la Ciudad se encontraba de recorrida cuando observó movimientos extraños dentro de una obra en construcción ubicada en la calle Zado al 3200.
Por esta razón, los oficiales se acercaron al lugar y los cinco hombres presentes aseguraron que eran empleados de la obra y que habían regresado para retirar unos elementos.
De forma inmediata, los policías se comunicaron con el responsable de la obra, que aseguró no conocer a ninguno de los supuestos operarios, por lo que se procedió a identificarlos y a requisarlos en presencia de testigos. Tampoco dijo conocerlos el encargado de los operarios que trabajan allí, y quien cerró la obra a eso de las 17 horas.
Se trataba de un hombre argentino de 24 años y de cuatro paraguayos de 27, 33, 37 y 59, que tenían en su poder tres cascos, un cinturón porta herramientas, una tenaza y otros elementos utilizados para la construcción.
Los oficiales determinaron que los ladrones habrían llegado en un Chevrolet Aveo, que dejaron estacionado a una cuadra.
Al consultar con el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 8, a cargo de la doctora Yamile Susana Bernán y ante la Secretaría 125 de la doctora María Sáenz Samaniego, se dispuso la detención de los imputados, su traslado a la Alcaidía 8, y el secuestro de los elementos hallados, además de un teléfono celular y del auto en el que habían llegado.
