La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en las últimas horas infraganti a un dealer de 47 años mientras intentaba vender cocaína, teniendo entre sus pertenencias casi 200 dosis, en el barrio porteño de Palermo.
El hecho ocurrió cuando efectivos de la División Operaciones Especiales Requeridas por el Ministerio Público, del Departamento de Contravenciones y Faltas, realizaban por la noche un operativo preventivo para desalentar la presencia de “cuidacoches”, junto con personal de la Dirección General de Coordinación Operativa.
En este sentido, observaron en el cruce de Dorrego y Alcorta a dos personas que se encontraban realizando un “pasamano” con un objeto, por lo que los interventores detuvieron su marcha para identificarlos, ante la sospecha de que se trataba de una maniobra de venta de estupefacientes.
Uno de ellos, que estaba vendiendo la sustancia, intentó escapar pero fue rápidamente reducido a pocos metros. Con la presencia de testigos, se le halló entre sus pertenencias una media 197 envoltorios con cocaína, con un pesaje de 86 gramos, lista para ser comercializada.
En la causa intervino la Fiscalía Contravencional y de Faltas Nº2, a cargo del Dr. Brotto, que dispuso la detención del involucrado de 47 años por infracción a la ley 23.737 (Ley de Drogas), quien fue trasladado a la Alcaidía 15.
