La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo hoy a un hombre de 63 años por robar en un local de ropa de Palermo y tras corroborar sus datos se comprobó que era la misma persona que, semanas atrás, intentó estafar a comercios gastronómicos de Núñez y Belgrano.
Personal de la Comisaría Vecinal 15 B de la Policía de la Ciudad, que se encontraba realizando tareas de despliegue territorial, al llegar a la intersección de las avenidas Córdoba y Scalabrini Ortiz, fue alertado por un hombre que comentó que momentos antes una persona le había robado en su local de indumentaria.
Se pudo corroborar que el detenido era el autor de varias estafas realizadas en la zona de Núñez y Belgrano, conocido como el “Estafador de la Virulana”, ya que simulaba comprar productos alimenticios y luego reclamaba un resarcimiento económico diciendo que dentro de ellos había virulana.
La víctima explicó que el hombre había ingresado al comercio y que luego de probarse camperas había escondido una entre sus ropas para luego darse a la fuga.
Siguiendo la descripción del malviviente, los efectivos iniciaron la búsqueda logrando demorarlo sobre la avenida Córdoba al 4500.
Con la presencia de dos testigos lo requisaron encontrando entre sus pertenencias la mercadería robada y una pinza tipo alicate. Al consultar con el Juzgado Nacional Criminal y Correccional Número 18, a cargo del doctor Raúl Ormaechea y ante la Secretaría 156, se dispuso la detención del imputado a la Alcaidía de la zona de la Policía de la Ciudad.
