En un trabajo coordinado y con el aporte de las cámaras de seguridad del Centro de Monitoreo Urbano (CMU), la Policía de la Ciudad logró localizar y detener en las últimas horas a un delincuente de 23 años que había cometido varios robos en locales del barrio de Palermo.

El hecho sucedió durante la madrugada cuando operadores del CMU observaron a través de las cámaras de seguridad el accionar de un delincuente que sobre la calle Jerónimo Salguero, en su intersección con el pasaje Gelly, había roto la persiana metálica de un comercio para ingresar con fines de robo.

Es así que los oficiales se trasladaron rápidamente hacia el lugar sin poder hallar al ladrón. Ante esta situación, los operadores de turno del Centro de Monitoreo Urbano aportaron la descripción del individuo y de su vestimenta para lograr su captura mientras se implementaba en simultáneo un operativo rastrillaje con las cámaras de la zona.

De esta manera, se observó mediante las cámaras a un sujeto con idénticas características saliendo de otro local gastronómico ubicado en el cruce de Salguero y Cerviño, logrando darse a la fuga rápidamente.

Finalmente, el delincuente logró ser identificado caminando por la avenida Las Heras y Bulnes, hasta donde se dirigieron los efectivos de la Comisaría Vecinal 14 C de la Policía de la Ciudad y lo detuvieron.

Con la presencia de testigos, el delincuente fue requisado y entre sus pertenencias los oficiales encontraron la suma de 2.500 pesos, que no pudo justificar su procedencia.

Realizada la consulta con la Fiscalía Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 35, a cargo del doctor Ignacio Mahiques, se dispuso el traslado del detenido a la dependencia policial, donde se labraron actas por “Robo”.
