La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en las últimas horas a una mujer que le sustrajo, junto a un cómplice, un televisor de 55 pulgadas a su ex pareja, al que le propinó golpes y heridas que casi le provocan la muerte.
La mujer, que en el pasado tuvo una relación con el damnificado y tenía antecedentes penales, fue reconocida por las cámaras de seguridad y se comprobó su culpabilidad en el caso al hallarse una huella suya en la casa robada, debido al análisis de los peritos.
Personal policial se acercó al Hospital Argerich, donde un hombre había quedado internado producto de las heridas sufridas durante el robo a su casa de la calle Trole al 300, el pasado 17 de julio.
El damnificado comentó que en la fecha mencionada se hizo presente en su domicilio su ex pareja con un hombre para solicitarle que les entregue el televisor de 55 pulgadas que hallaba en un modular del living.
Ante su negativa, el propietario fue golpeado en varias zonas del cuerpo y sufrió el robo del artefacto, para luego tener que ser atendido en el Hospital Argerich producto de las heridas y la pérdida de conocimiento.
El Juzgado Nacional Criminal y Correccional Número 44, a cargo del doctor Ponce y ante la Secretaría 115 del doctor Torres, le solicitó a personal de Brigada llevar adelante una investigación para dar con la autora del robo y las lesiones.
Debido a filmaciones en las cámaras de seguridad y datos aportados por el damnificado, la mujer fue visualizada en la calle Pedro Chutro al 2800, en Parque Patricios, y además de detenerla, se comprobó que tiene un antecedente por robo y ya había estado presa en enero de 2021.
En cuanto a los análisis de rastros que se hicieron en la vivienda, personal de Policía Científica encontró una huella que coincidió con los datos de la imputada, por lo que se la culpó del hecho.
La detenida fue trasladada a la Alcaidía de la Policía de la Ciudad, donde quedó a disposición de la Justicia.
