Una fiesta clandestina con unas cien personas fue desbaratada y sus dos encargadas detenidas, en una inspección conjunta de la Policía de la Ciudad, el Cuerpo de Investigadores Judiciales (CIJ) y otras áreas del gobierno porteño, en un local del barrio de Palermo, que terminó clausurado.
Por disposición de la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas N° 5, a cargo del Dr. Miguel Angel Ramón Kessler, efectivos de la división Operaciones Especiales requeridas por el Ministerio Público, dependiente del departamento Contravenciones y Faltas de la Policía de la Ciudad, llevaron a cabo una inspección en un local gastronómico de la calle Niceto Vega al 5700, conjuntamente con personal de la división Investigaciones Delictivas del CIJ, de la Agencia Gubernamental de Control (AGC), y la Unidad Operativa de Fiscalización Integral (UOFI) del Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
Al ingresar al local, los funcionarios fueron recibidos por las dos encargadas del lugar, constatando que en la planta baja no había comensales, en tanto que al acceder a la planta alta se comprobó que allí se estaba llevando a cabo una fiesta con música a elevado volumen, de la que participaban aproximadamente 100 personas bailando sin respetar protocolos de COVID.
Tras consulta, la fiscalía ordenó el secuestro de la consola de música, la clausura del establecimiento, y la detención de las encargadas, dos mujeres de 42 y 43 años, imputadas por infracción a los artículos 239 y 205 del Código Penal y 129 del Código Contravencional de la Ciudad, en tanto que las personas que participaban de la fiesta fueron notificadas por infracción al art. 205 del Código Penal.
