Más de dos mil prendas, con marcas falsificadas y por un valor millonario, fueron incautadas en una serie de allanamientos en los barrios de Flores, Floresta y Liniers, en el marco de un operativo conjunto encabezado por la Policía de la Ciudad.
Se trató de seis allanamientos, cuatro con resultados positivos, realizados en forma conjunta por la División Delitos Informáticos Complejos de la Policía de la Ciudad y del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Judiciales (CIJ) del Ministerio Público Fiscal, con la participación de personal de la Dirección General de Fiscalización y Control (DGFYC), la Dirección General de Protección del Trabajo (DGPDT), la Administración Gubernamental de Ingresos Públicos (AGIP).
A partir de una investigación de la división policial, la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas 35, a cargo de la Dra. Celsa Ramírez, solicitó los seis procedimientos en locales de ropa por comercio de prendas de vestir y otras mercaderías con marcas falsificadas, que fueron autorizados por el Juzgado 19 de ese fuero, a cargo del Dr. Carlos Aostri, secretaría 38.
De acuerdo a los investigadores la valuación total de la mercadería secuestrada oscila entre los 4,5 millones de pesos al por mayor y unos 8 millones a nivel minorista.
Cuatro de los allanamientos dieron resultado positivo, en uno de los cuales, en la avenida Avellaneda al 3300, en Floresta, fueron incautados 21 bultos con 771 prendas con marcas falsas de Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dolce Gabanna y Versace.
También fue decomisado el CPU del local, talonarios y documentación.
A seis cuadras de allí, en Avellaneda al 3000, en el barrio de Flores, fueron decomisadas 492 prendas de distintas marcas falsificadas, un CPU, una tablet y documentación.
En Morón al 3100, también en Flores, el personal secuestró unas 660 prendas con marcas apócrifas por un valor en el mercado de unos 550 mil pesos, además de incautar 30 moldes de marcas, stickers, el CPU y un celular.
En un local de una galería ubicada en la avenida Rivadavia al 11600, en Liniers, fueron secuestrados cien prendas de marcas falsas, y un celular.
En todos los casos se labraron actas por infracción al artículo 289 del Código Penal, que sanciona a la falsificación de marcas, en tanto cuatro personas fueron notificadas de que se le labró acta de infracción.
Por su parte, dos allanamientos dieron resultado negativo.
