La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en el partido bonaerense de Moreno a un delincuente dedicado al robo de camionetas de alta gama con inhibidores de señal, y secuestró armas de fuego, proyectiles y el vehículo utilizado para los robos.
La investigación policial comenzó 22 de julio último, luego que efectivos de la Comisaría Comunal 14 de la Policía de la Ciudad tomaran la denuncia a una mujer damnificada por el robo de su camioneta Toyota Hilux, ocurrido en Beruti al 3400, en el barrio de Palermo.
Es así que el personal División Investigaciones Comunal 14 comenzó las pesquisas para esclarecer el hecho. Luego de realizar análisis de distintas imágenes de las cámaras de seguridad de la zona y del Centro de Monitoreo Urbano (CMU), logró determinar que el autor del hecho se desplazaba para cometer los ilícitos a bordo de una camioneta, Toyota Hilux roja, que estacionaba a los pocos metros de la camioneta que iba a robar.
En consecuencia y mediante tareas de seguimiento y entrecruzamiento de datos, donde se analizaron líneas de tiempo, se logró acceder al domicilio del delincuente, registrado en la localidad de Francisco Álvarez, partido de Moreno.
Con todos estos datos, el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional 41, a cargo del Dr. Osvaldo Rappa, Secretaría 112, del Dr. Matías Álvarez, emitió un exhorto al Juzgado de Garantías 2 del Departamento Judicial de Moreno–General Rodríguez con el objetivo de allanar el domicilio investigado.
En cumplimiento de la orden judicial y ante la presencia de testigos, personal de la Policía de la Ciudad y de la DDI de Moreno allanaron una casa en la calle Intendente Tulissi al 2300, donde encontraron al sospechoso, un hombre de 46 años, logrando el secuestro la camioneta Toyota roja registrada en las filmaciones, un inhibidor de señal para desactivar sistemas de cierre centralizado de vehículos, y un buzo utilizado por el autor el día del ilícito.
Los oficiales también decomisaron una pistola Bersa Thunder calibre 40 mm con pedido de secuestro activo desde el 2008 por un robo cometido en la localidad balnearia de Mar del Tuyú, dos cargadores, 94 proyectiles de pistola de distintos calibres y trece cartuchos de escopeta.
