Detienen a prófugo por privación ilegal de la libertad de su expareja
La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a un hombre con pedido de captura, en el marco de una causa por privación ilegítima de la libertad de su expareja.
Personal de la División Capturas y Prófugos de la Policía de la Ciudad fue encomendado por la Unidad Fiscal especializada en Investigación Criminal Compleja, a cargo del Dr. José María Campagnoli, secretaría del Dr. Bello, a localizar y detener a un ciudadano venezolano, por ser declarado en rebeldía el 18 de febrero último, a raíz de un hecho de privación ilegal de la libertad ocurrido en abril del año pasado.
Con la dificultad de que el buscado no tiene documentación de identidad otorgado por el Registro Nacional de Personas (RENAPER) sino una cédula de su país, los oficiales hicieron pesquisas por viviendas y bares de los barrios de Balvanera, Barracas, Mataderos y La Boca, además de búsquedas por entidades públicas y privadas y testimonios.
La investigación derivó en que el prófugo habría estado frecuentando el barrio de Mataderos, por lo cual los efectivos hicieron una vigilancia en distintos horarios, dando con el sujeto en Fonrouge al 2500, donde fue detenido.
El 28 de abril de 2021 por la tarde una mujer vio que en La Rioja e Hipólito Yrigoyen, en Balvanera, un hombre ingresaba por la fuerza a una mujer a un auto, en el que se fue del lugar por la avenida Rivadavia.
La mujer contó a la policía lo ocurrido y dio la patente del auto y personal policial de Motorizada logró interceptarlo, confirmándose que la mujer que había sido obligada a subir al auto era su entonces pareja.
En la causa interviene el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 6
