A partir de una denuncia telefónica al 911, la Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en Palermo a un delincuente, que intentó estafar a una mujer de 82 años mediante un llamado extorsivo.
Personal de la Comisaría Vecinal 14 C de la Policía de la Ciudad, destinado a la prevención, fue desplazado por el 911, tras una denuncia que daba cuenta que una mujer de 82 años había recibido un llamado, en el que le advertían que su hijo había sido secuestrado y que debía dejar una determinada cantidad de dinero debajo del cartel de una estación de servicio en Godoy Cruz y Demaría.
Los policías le solicitaron a la mujer mantenerse en su casa, a menos de una cuadra del lugar exigido por el delincuente para la entrega del dinero.
Ya durante la madrugada hasta allí fueron los oficiales y vieron a la distancia al sospechoso merodeando por el lugar, a bordo de una moto.
Cuando los efectivos procedieron la detención, el sujeto intentó fugar, pero fue aprehendido.
Se trata de un delincuente de 26 años, con más de media docena de antecedentes desde 2016, entre ellos robo mediante arrebato, defraudación y tentativa de robo.
El Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Nro. 22, a cargo del Dr. Guillermo Ricardo Rongo, ante la Secretaría Nro. 148 de la Dra. Alejandra Rodríguez, dispuso la detención del imputado y el secuestro de la moto marca Yamaha XTZ250.
En el lapso de la intervención policial, la mujer corroboró que su hijo se encontraba en su hogar en perfecto estado.
