La Policía de la Ciudad secuestró en las últimas horas un importante arsenal, conformado por pistolas, escopetas, pistolones y más de 180 cartuchos de bala,  los cuales no contaban con las licencias correspondientes para su tenencia,  en el marco de una causa por amenazas durante un allanamiento realizado en el partido bonaerense de San Martín.

Todo ocurrió cuando a raíz de una denuncia por amenazas de muerte, efectivos de la Brigada 5 de la División Investigaciones de Armas de Fuego y Explosivos Ilícitos realizaron en primera instancia un allanamiento en una vivienda en el ámbito capitalino.

En dicho domicilio, perteneciente al imputado en la causa, los efectivos hallaron una pistola que estaba a nombre de otra persona. Sin embargo, ante la presunción de que el involucrado tendría más armas, debido a la denuncia penal, se continuó con la investigación para recabar mayor información.

De dichas pesquisas, surgió que las armas se encontrarían en un galpón familiar ubicado en la calle Perseverancia al 4500, de la localidad de Villa Lynch, partido de San Martin, motivo por el que los agentes se trasladaron hasta el lugar. Allí, los efectivos encontraron una gran cantidad de armas de fuego y municiones, cuya tenencia estaba fuera de la ley.

Entre los objetos hallados, se encontraron una escopeta mossberg; pistola glock modelo 21, con 3 cargadores; una pistola sigsauer con 2 cargadores; dos pistolas pietro beretta con tres cargadores; una pistola bersa con un cargador, dos pistolones rexio calibre 14 con 18 cartuchos y 38 cartuchos de bala calibre 22.

También 47 cartuchos calibre 9mm, 25 cartuchos de bala 9mm punta hueca, un cartucho calibre 32, cinco cartuchos de bala calibre 38 con punta de plomo, 49 cartuchos calibre 40, 39 cartuchos de bala calibre 45, 24 cartuchos calibre 12, un cartucho de bala calibre 30 y seis credenciales de la ANMaC (ex Renar) vencidas.

Intervino en la causa el Juzgado de Primera Instancia en lo Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Nº 13, a cargo de la Dra. Tula del Moral, en articulación con la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Nº8, del Dr. Vence y el Juzgado de Garantías Nº1 del Departamento Judicial de San Martín.
