La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en el barrio de La Boca a un hombre que se mantenía prófugo de la Justicia luego de ser imputado por abuso sexual agravado y corrupción de menores.
Este sujeto cumplía arresto domiciliario en un inmueble de Villa Lugano, beneficio al que había accedido por padecer problemas de salud, pero la medida fue apelada por el Ministerio Público Fiscal y la Cámara de Apelaciones en lo Criminal y Correccional dictó su prisión preventiva, por lo que el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 6, a cargo de la doctora María Alejandra Provítola, Secretaría de la doctora Carolina Pellizza, ordenó el allanamiento a la vivienda.
Al constatar que se había fugado, el magistrado le encomendó a la División Delitos Contra la Salud que realice las tareas para dar con este hombre, el cual en 2012 había comenzado a abusar de una menor de edad, en ese entonces de 7 años, que se alojaba en su casa junto a su familia.
Similares hechos ocurrieron en 2015 cuando perpetró otro ataque y además promovió la corrupción de la menor al someterla a conductas sexuales aprovechando de su relación de poder.
Los oficiales investigaron y dieron con el imputado en una propiedad de un familiar en el barrio de La Boca, donde se mantenía oculto.
El Juzgado actuante ordenó el allanamiento a la vivienda y su posterior detención.
Con la captura consumada, la causa fue elevada a Tribunal Oral, que se encargará de juzgar en la etapa de juicio los hechos por los cuales la menor sufrió irreparables daños.
