Ante un llamado al 911, personal de la Comisaria Vecinal 6 A de la Policía de la Ciudad fue desplazado hasta Hidalgo al 400, por dos hombres que intentaban sustraer el portero eléctrico de un edificio.
Al llegar al lugar, los efectivos dieron con los sospechosos, que al percibir la presencia policial intentaron fugarse a la carrera pero fueron interceptados y detenidos sobre Acoyte al 100, donde fueron identificados y requisados.
A los sujetos se les secuestró una placa de bronce, un juego de llaves, dos partes metálicas de mangueras y un cuchillo de mesa.
El Juzgado Criminal y Correccional N° 31 de la Dra. María Galletti, secretaría Nº 119 de la Dra. Di Nardo, avalaron el procedimiento policial y ordenó el traslado de los delincuentes, dos hombres de 21 y 30 años, hasta la correspondiente alcaidía de la Policía de la Ciudad, imputados por “tentativa de robo”.
