Tras múltiples allanamientos simultáneos en el barrio 21-24, fue capturada una dealer uruguaya y sus dos cómplices por comercializar drogas en la zona. Se secuestró cocaína y marihuana.
El Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Federal N° 10 a cargo del Dr. Julián Ercolini encomendó a la Dirección Lucha Contra el Tráfico y Venta Ilegal de Drogas de laPolicía de la Ciudad realizar una investigación a fin de dilucidar el posible comercio de estupefacientes en inmediaciones del Barrio 21-24 Zavaleta, por parte de una mujer apodada “La Rosi”.
Las brigadas de la División Operaciones efectuaron seguimientos y recabaron información que permitió identificar a la investigada, una mujer uruguaya de 39 años, quien se ocultaba en distintas viviendas del barrio para no ser fácilmente detectada.
Los trabajos continuaron y se pudo determinar que “La Rosi” distribuía las drogas junto a otra mujer de 28 años, y tenían como proveedor a un narco llamado José.
Reunidos todos los elementos probatorios, el juez ordenó las detenciones y el allanamiento de tres domicilios dentro del Barrio 21-24, que fueron llevados a cabo en simultáneo.
Como resultado del operativo fueron detenidas las tres personas imputadas y se secuestraron 76 dosis y dos fragmentos compactados de cocaína totalizando 110 gramos de dicha sustancia, 510 gramos de marihuana y cogollos, una balanza de precisión, tijeras y recortes de nylon para fraccionar la droga, cuatro celulares, dos notebooks y 3.500 pesos.
El juzgado dispuso el procesamiento de los imputados y que sean remitidos a la Unidad 29 del Servicio Penitenciario Federal.
