Un hombre de 39 años fue atacado a balazos en la madrugada de hoy en el barrio porteño de Almagro, luego de ser asaltado por dos delincuentes que le exigieron sus pertenencias. A pesar de haber entregado todo lo que llevaba consigo, uno de los ladrones le disparó en el glúteo antes de escapar.
El hecho ocurrió aproximadamente a las 2 de la madrugada sobre la Avenida Boedo, entre Quito y Belgrano. La víctima, identificada como Mariano Mondone, caminaba por la zona cuando fue interceptada por dos hombres armados, quienes lo amenazaron y le exigieron dinero. Mondone entregó 20.000 pesos, pero, sin motivo aparente, uno de los asaltantes le disparó en el glúteo izquierdo antes de huir.
El diagnóstico médico indicó que la herida de bala no comprometía su vida. Posteriormente, fue trasladado al Hospital Durand, donde permanece bajo custodia policial.
El caso está siendo investigado por la Fiscalía Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional N° 15, a cargo del fiscal Carlos Stornelli. Mientras tanto, la policía realiza un relevamiento de cámaras de seguridad y busca testigos que puedan aportar información sobre los atacantes. Hasta el momento, no se lograron identificar ni detener a los responsables.
Según fuentes consultadas, en el lugar del incidente trabajó personal de la Comisaría Vecinal 5B, que continúa con la investigación para localizar a los agresores.
Detienen a cuatro menores por robos en CABA
Ayer, la Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a cuatro menores de edad acusados de integrar una banda delictiva dedicada al robo de motocicletas. Los jóvenes, provenientes de Villa Fiorito, en el partido bonaerense de Lomas de Zamora, fueron capturados en distintos operativos en el barrio de Palermo, cuando circulaban en dos motos robadas.
Los primeros dos detenidos fueron interceptados en la esquina de Avenida Santa Fe y Godoy Cruz, tras ser identificados por agentes de la Comisaría Vecinal 14C. Los sospechosos circulaban a alta velocidad y sin casco en una Yamaha FZ negra, lo que despertó la sospecha de los efectivos.
Fueron detectados en la zona de Plaza Italia y, al darles la voz de alto, intentaron escapar. Luego de una persecución que finalizó en Avenida Corrientes y Luis María Drago, los delincuentes fueron interceptados. Tras su identificación, se confirmó que se trataba de dos menores de 15 años, quienes ya tenían antecedentes por delitos similares.
La motocicleta en la que se trasladaban tenía el sistema de encendido manipulado, lo que confirmó que había sido sustraída recientemente.
Otro robo y nueva persecución
Quince minutos después de este operativo, se recibió una alerta sobre el robo de otra moto en la zona. La víctima informó que dos delincuentes le habían sustraído su Honda y escaparon en dirección desconocida.
Ante la denuncia, personal de la división Motorizada de las Comisarías Vecinales 14A y 14B inició un rastrillaje y logró identificar a los sospechosos en Avenida Cabildo al 200.
Al advertir la presencia policial, los ladrones intentaron huir, iniciando un seguimiento controlado. Finalmente, fueron detenidos en Avenida Scalabrini Ortiz al 700.
Al inspeccionar la moto robada, los efectivos comprobaron que tenía los cables de encendido puenteados. Además, dentro de una mochila que llevaban los adolescentes, encontraron una tijera corta candados y un cuchillo, herramientas comúnmente utilizadas para forzar los sistemas de seguridad de los vehículos.
Menores con antecedentes delictivos
Las fuentes policiales indicaron que los detenidos también eran menores de edad y tenían antecedentes por robos similares. Uno de ellos, de 14 años, había sido aprehendido ocho veces desde 2023 por delitos en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. No obstante, por ser inimputable, había sido liberado en todas las ocasiones.
Las autoridades investigan si la banda está vinculada a otros robos de motocicletas registrados en distintos barrios porteños. Al tratarse de menores, los detenidos quedaron a disposición del Juzgado de Menores, que determinará su situación procesal.
