La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo en el barrio de Constitución a un hombre que vendía droga y a su hija que se dedicaba a cometer robos a personas tras pactar citas por redes sociales.
La detención de ambos se llevó a cabo después de una investigación y allanamiento de efectivos de la División Robos y Hurtos de la Policía de la Ciudad en una vivienda de Constitución, donde incautaron objetos que se habían robado y más de cinco kilogramos de estupefacientes.
El pasado 11 de junio, la Fiscalía Correccional del Distrito de los Barrios Saavedra y Núñez, le encomendó a la fuerza porteña iniciar las tareas para capturar a un sujeto que le había robado a un hombre, luego de haber pactado una cita con él en una red social.
La victima recibió en su casa al delincuente y luego de ingerir bebidas alcohólicas se quedó dormido. Cuando despertó, se dio cuenta que le faltaban la billetera, dinero en efectivo, tarjetas de crédito y débito, celulares y otros elementos.
Fue así como el damnificado hizo la denuncia y se dio inicio a la investigación, tras la intervención judicial.
La fuerza porteña llevó a cabo tareas de campo, análisis de datos y cámaras de seguridad, y logró la identificación de la persona que realizaba movimientos en las tarjetas de la víctima.
En uno de esos movimientos en plataformas virtuales, cargó dinero en la cuenta de una mujer, que luego se corroboró que se trataba de su pareja, que también se dedicaba a cometer este tipo de estafas en propiedades de hombres. De esta manera, se pudo establecer su domicilio, en la calle Virrey Ceballos al 1100, en Constitución.
Con todas las pruebas recabadas, el Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 29, a cargo de la doctora Rodríguez, dispuso el allanamiento en la propiedad, en la que los oficiales identificaron a una mujer de 19 años y a un hombre que dijo ser el padre de la joven.
Dentro del domicilio encontraron seis teléfonos celulares, 79.950 pesos en efectivo, 14 bolsas con marihuana con un peso total de más de 5 kilogramos y dos balanzas de precisión.
Se consultó con la Fiscalía Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Número 14, a cargo del doctor Alemán, quien dispuso la detención de las dos personas y que sean trasladadas a la Alcaidía de la zona de la Policía de la Ciudad, además del secuestro de los elementos encontrados y de continuar la investigación.
