La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a cuatro delincuentes de nacionalidad chilena, entre ellos un menor de edad, por intentar robarle el auto a una mujer en el barrio de Palermo mediante la activación de un inhibidor de señal.
Personal de la Comisaría Vecinal 14 C que recorría la zona fue advertido por una mujer sobre la presencia de tres personas que habían intentado sustraerle el rodado que se encontraba estacionado sobre la avenida Las Heras al 4000.
La víctima le explicó a los oficiales que cuando quiso cerrar su automóvil Chevrolet Prisma notó que el cierre centralizado no se había activado correctamente, lo que le llamó la atención.
Al mirar hacia la esquina, pudo observar a una mujer y a dos hombres que la miraban con actitud sospechosa, y uno de ellos manipulaba un objeto en sus manos.
En consecuencia, los efectivos se acercaron a las personas, que intentaron darse a la fuga, aunque fueron reducidas a los pocos metros, al igual que otro cómplice.
Con la presencia de dos testigos, los efectivos los requisaron y les encontraron entre sus pertenencias un inhibidor de señal, que al activarse bloquea las alarmas y los cierres centralizados. De esta manera, las puertas del rodado quedan abiertas y los delincuentes pueden ingresar en él sin romper cerraduras ni otras partes.
Se consultó con el Juzgado de Menores Nº 6, a cargo del doctor Cociancich, por ante la Secretaría 16 a cargo del doctor Renom, y se dispuso el traslado de un menor de edad de 15 años, al Instituto Inchausti. Los otros imputados, dos hombres de 38 y 33 años y una mujer de 23 fueron llevados a la Alcaidía de la zona de la Policía de la Ciudad.
Dada la complejidad del equipo que utilizaban, se iniciaron tareas para certificar el domicilio de los imputados, a fin de comprobar si esta banda era autora de otros hechos pasados, cometidos con el mismo modus operandi.
En consecuencia, el magistrado libró la correspondiente orden de allanamiento, en un hotel de la calle Tacuarí al 1600, en el barrio de Constitución, en donde se secuestró documentación, memorias, pendrives, gran cantidad de anteojos y estuches, llaves de varios rodados, 5 cartuchos intactos calibre 38 especial, dos registros de ingreso al país de los imputados, dos cargadores y batería compatibles con el inhibidor secuestrado, palos de golf y raquetas de tenis.
Entre estos elementos, fueron hallados una cartera negra, una billetera roja, un par de lentes con su estuche y un lápiz labial, todos objetos coincidentes con los descriptos por una mujer en una denuncia radicada el pasado 20 de abril, en la que la damnificada refirió que le habían sustraído las cosas del interior del auto, mientras dejaba a su hijo en un colegio del barrio de Palermo.
