El delincuente fue transportado a la delegación y puesto a disposición del Juzgado Nacional en lo Criminal y Correccional Número 53, a cargo de la doctora Erica María Uhrlandt y ante la Secretaría 66 del doctor Julio Augusto Pedroso.
