La Policía de la Ciudad detuvo a cuatro personas que integraban una organización narco que vendía drogas en el barrio de La Boca, tras seis allanamientos donde se secuestró cocaína, marihuana, armas y una gran cantidad de dinero en efectivo.
El procedimiento comenzó tras una investigación iniciada en septiembre último y realizada por el Departamento Antidrogas Sur de la Policía de la Ciudad, con la intervención de Unidad Fiscal Especializada en la Investigación de Delitos Vinculados con Estupefacientes (UFEIDE), a cargo de la Dra. Cecilia Amil Martín.
En las tareas de recolectar pruebas requeridas por la fiscalía, que consistieron en vistas fotográficas, filmaciones, junto con otros tipos de tareas y técnicas investigativas, se logró establecer las vinculaciones y el modo en que operaba la organización delictiva.
Es así que los oficiales detectaron que cuatro personas, tres mujeres y un hombre, comercializaban drogas en cuatro domicilios de la calle Salvadores al 800, otro en Salvadores al 900 y el restante en Parker al 100, todos del barrio de La Boca, funcionando uno de ellos como búnker para el acopio de las sustancias, fraccionamiento y comercialización.
Con los datos recabados, el Juzgado en lo Penal Contravencional y de Faltas 7, a cargo de la Dra. Bettina Mobillo dispuso los allanamientos pudiendo dar con las personas imputadas logrando secuestrar los narcóticos en su interior.
Ante la presencia de testigos se realizó la requisa de las viviendas encontrando seis envoltorios con cocaína en estado sólido, 152 dosis de cocaína fraccionadas para su comercialización, 2 envoltorios con marihuana por 9.2 gramos y 69 dosis de pasta base, un rifle de aire comprimido, 11 cartuchos a bala, 22 teléfonos celulares, una Tablet y la suma de 2.089.050 pesos y 75 dólares. Además, un pilotín perteneciente a la Policía de la Ciudad, una libreta con anotaciones y detalles de ventas y elementos para el corte y fraccionamiento de los estupefacientes.
Realizadas las consultas con la UFEIDE, se ordenó la detención de cuatro personas que ocupaban los departamentos, tres mujeres y un hombre, todas mayores de edad y la soltura en el lugar de una joven de 23 años que se hallaba en uno de los domicilios.
Además, se ordenó el tapiado de uno de los inmuebles allanados que funcionaba como centro de venta de sustancias ilícitas.
