Hablamos de un hombre de nacionalidad brasileña, quien coloco un dispositivo electrónico en un cajero automático para poder clonar los datos de las tarjetas de crédito y débito, y obtener las claves de acceso de los usuarios.

Los agentes de la Comisaría Vecinal 15 A de la Policía de la Ciudad se encontraba realizando tareas de despliegue territorial cuando fueron alertados por un vecino de la zona, que les advirtió sobre un sujeto que estaba colocando un dispositivo electrónico en un cajero de una sucursal del Banco Galicia ubicado en la esquina de avenida San Martín y Donato Álvarez.

Cuando los oficiales se desplazaban hasta la entidad bancaria divisaron al delincuente denunciado, quien al percibir la presencia policial intentó fugarse a la carrera pero finalmente fue detenido en la calle Espinosa al 2300, donde fue requisado e identificado frente a la presencia de dos testigos.

El Resultado de las actuaciones policiales dio un secuestró de un dispositivo electrónico utilizado para clonar tarjetas de crédito y débito, un teléfono celular, dinero en efectivo y documentación que confirmó que el demorado es un hombre de 47 años de nacionalidad brasileña.  

Por disposición del Juzgado Nacional Criminal y Corrccional Nº 20 a cargo del Dr. Hugo Decaria el imputado fue trasladado a la alcaidía de la Comuna 15, mientras que el dispositivo incautado fue remitido a la División Análisis Informático de la Policía de la Ciudad.
