En un momento, uno de los hombres sacó de su mochila un objeto con forma de ladrillo rectangular, el cual exhibió y volvió a guardarlo rápidamente, mientras seguía mirando en distintas direcciones
En virtud de ello, los oficiales se identificaron y con la presencia de dos testigos procedieron a requisarlos, encontrando dentro de la mochila del principal sospechoso, de 20 años, un bloque compacto de marihuana con un peso de 739 gramos y la suma de 26.200 pesos en efectivo.
En tanto, a otro de los jóvenes, de la misma edad, se le hallaron entre sus pertenencias dos cubos con la misma sustancia por un peso de 20 gramos y la suma de 6.050 pesos. Por su parte a la tercer persona que los acompañaba, un ciudadano boliviano de 31 años, no se le encontraron sustancias estupefacientes pero si una importante suma de dinero que alcanzaba los 29 mil pesos.
En consulta con la Fiscalía en lo Penal, Contravencional y de Faltas Nº 34, a cargo de la Dra. Adriana Bellavigna, se dispuso la detención de los hombres que portaban la droga y el secuestro de los estupefacientes, celulares y dinero. En cuanto al ciudadano boliviano que los acompañaba, se resolvió la soltura en el lugar y la devolución de los elementos hallados a este último.
