La mujer fue apresada en el barrio de Villa Luro con varias dosis de cocaína listas para ser comercializadas. Estaba prófuga desde 2017 por otros hechos vinculados al narcomenudeo.
En horas de la tarde, la Policía de la Ciudad puso a disposición de la justicia a una mujer de 44 años que tenía en su poder cocaína, y que luego de ser identificada se confirmó que tenía vigente dos pedidos de captura, uno de ellos con impedimento de salida del país, por causas de comercialización de estupefacientes.
Personal de brigada de la División Precursores Químicos recorría el barrio de Villa Luro cuando divisó en la calle Bacacay al 5400 a una persona de sexo femenino que se detenía al costado de los distintos autos estacionados mirando en su interior.
Esta actitud alertó a los oficiales, por lo que se acercaron para identificarla y requisarla.
Las actuaciones policiales permitieron encontrar entre las prendas de la demorada 10 dosis de cocaína en envoltorios de nylon listas para ser comercializadas. Además, la base de datos del sistema policial confirmó dos pedidos de captura vigentes, con impedimento de salida del país, por otras causas de comercialización de drogas e infracción a la Ley 23.737.
Consultada la Fiscalía Penal Contravenciónal y de Faltas N° 19 a cargo el Dra. Lorena San Marco, se dispuso el traslado de la detenida a la alcaidía 10 de la Policía de la Ciudad.
