Fueron detenidos por la policia, un hombre y una mujer que vendian drogas en modalidad “Delivery”.
Efectivos de la División Precursores Químicos de la Policía de la Ciudad que se encontraban realizando tareas de despliegue territorial cuando en el barrio de San Telmo, pudieron observar en la esquina de las calles Bolivar y Estados Unidos a tres personas en el interior de un taxi con actitud sospechosa y acciones extrañas y mirando hacia ambos lados.
Dicha maniobra llamó la atención del personal de la fuerza policial porteña quienes tras seguirlos unos metros, detuvieron la marcha del rodado haciendo descender a sus tres tripulantes, dos hombres y una mujer.
Los oficiales identificaron a los sujetos, un hombre y una mujer de nacionalidad peruana y un hombre argentino, quien era su comprador. Ante la presencia de dos testigos, los efectivos requisaron a los tres individuos encontrando 91 dosis de cocaína y la suma de 7560 pesos entre sus pertenencias.
El personal de la división mencionada, dependiente del Departamento Operaciones Narcocriminalidad, de la Dirección Lucha Contra el Tráfico y Venta Ilegal de Drogas de la Policía de la Ciudad trasladó a los delincuentes a la Alcaidía de la zona.
Gracias al rápido accionar de la Fiscalía Penal Contravencional y de Faltas N° 21, a cargo del Dr. Gaspani, dispuso un allanamiento en la localidad de Dock Sud, dando resultado positivo. Por tal motivo se llevó a cabo un juicio abreviado, condenando a 4 años de prisión al imputado.
