Juan Darthes había sido denunciado por Calu Rivero durante el año anterior. Un nuevo testimonio acusa al actor que protagonizó varias tiras de la televisión argentina con papeles denominados de “galán”. Tras la frivolización de los medios a las denuncias de abuso señaladas por Rivero, este nuevo testimonio señala, una vez más, el fin de las complicidades y los silencios a los que eran y son sometidas a las mujeres en el mundo mediático.
La actriz Anita Coacci, quién trabajó con Juan Darthes en Gasoleros, el programa que se emitió entre 1998 y 1999 en la televisión, publicó una extensa carta en su red social de Facebook con su testimonio en el que denuncia al actor por abuso sexual. Coacci, tras enterarse que algunas personas defendían públicamente a Darthes decidió contar su experiencia y dejar de callar.
Muchos medios de comunicación, desde la denuncia de Calu Rivero cubren el caso como si se tratase de una especie de pelea de cuadros de fútbol en que señalan que tal actriz banca a Calu o tal actor apoya a Darthes y fuese una pelea a ganar por uno u otro. Así, logran omitir las denuncias de acoso, el silencio al que condenan a miles de mujeres y la complicidad hacia el poder que manejan los hombres en el ámbito mediático
“Se me tira encima, se para y me tira contra la pared, me besa, me mete la lengua, me agarra la mano y me hace tocarle su sexo, mientras me dice ‘Mirá como me ponés’. Yo congelada y sin poder reaccionar. En segundos entró una de las chicas de vestuario y él se separó inmediatamente y yo me fui. Los días siguientes de grabación me persiguió. Terminé de grabar y no volví a verlo. Supe que mientras esto pasó su mujer estaba embarazada y eso me sumó más asco“, relató la actriz sobre su experiencia con Juan Darthes.
La importancia de su testimonio, más allá de la experiencia concreta vivida, da cuenta de un momento en el que las mujeres dejaron de ser cómplices en los ámbitos históricamente machistas y patriarcales. Dejar de callar por temor o inseguridad para salir a denunciar la cantidad de abusos y acosos sexuales que se dan en estos espacios, es una señal que pone en estado de alerta a quienes naturalizaron esos abusos.
Luego de años de silencio, las mujeres están denunciando los acosos sufridos y defendiendo la libertad de decisión sobre sus cuerpos. Las múltiples denuncias en los ámbitos mediáticos, en el fútbol y fuertemente en el mundo del rock, están señalando un cambio cultural y evidenciando los avances de las luchas del feminismo. “Si las mujeres seguimos callando nos convertimos en cómplices. Yo no quiero ser más cómplice de lo aberrante ni quiero cubrir de algún u otro modo a una sociedad e industria que sigue siendo machista y en la que nos rodean personas que bajo su poder creen que pueden hacer con nosotras lo que quieran“, expresó Coacci en su carta.
